  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

  • Your continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

  • By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Orders

  • We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that all information will be error-free, complete, or current.

  • All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout through the payment methods provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All parcels are shipped via EMS / SingPost, a global postal service offering affordable rates.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a full and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or failure to respond to your local postal service for clearance or collection.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final. Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us via chat or email within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds, where required by law, will incur a processing fee of SGD $10 or 10% of your total order (whichever is higher). Alternatively, an e-voucher of the full purchase value may be provided.

7. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
