Refund & Return Policy
At Milk Touch Singapore, your satisfaction is important to us. As we sell beauty, skincare and cosmetic products, please note that all items are considered non-exchangeable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event your product arrives defective or damaged during delivery, you must notify us via chat or email within 5 days of receiving your order.

Due to strict claim policies with our logistics partners, we are unable to accept claims made after the 5-day window, and such claims will be considered invalid.
- Customers will need to provide us with photo proof of the areas of defect as well as the external packaging, in order for the claim to be valid. Upon our courier's validation, a new product will be resend to you in the event of damage or defect.
Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law.

If a refund is approved, a processing fee of SGD $10 or 10% of the total purchase (whichever is higher) will be deducted to cover administration and processing costs.

Alternatively, customers may opt to receive an e-voucher of the full value of their purchase, which can be used on their next order with us.
Important Notes

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
