Shipping Policy

At Milk Touch Singapore, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and affordably, no matter where you are in the world.

All parcels are shipped via EMS / SingPost, a reliable worldwide postal service. The parcel will be packed and shipped to reach you within 12 days of your order.
Do check the tracking number provided via your local postal tracking services if you have not received it on the 10th day of your order.
This method allows us to provide low-cost international shipping rates to our customers.
Due to import regulations, orders from the USA will be shipped via FEDEX and a FEDEX tracking number will be provided. ( Look out for updates here on policy changes. )

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their delivery.
In the event of delays, customs clearance, or delivery issues, customers will need to engage directly with their local postal service.

Please ensure that you provide your full and correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or inaccurate address details.
Milk Touch Singapore will not be responsible or liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or from customers failing to respond to their local postal office for parcel clearance or collection.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or falsify customs information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim from your local postal service, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Reshipping fees will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Alternatively you may also arrange for your preferred mode of pickup or collection from our business premises.
